We would like our Managers to submit the Termination request for their employees. In order for this to be successful, the Managers would need the ability to attach documents, be able to mark the employee as eligible for rehire or not, as well as access to additional fields that are present in the Termination request once it reaches the approver. We would like to know how other Infor customers handle documentation submission when an employee is terminated as well as if there are options within the system that we need to update in order for the document submission to occur along with the Termination request action. We are seeking to utilize the system to its fullest without adding configurations.
