We have 2 users who recently had their print preview button break. When they click it the window goes grey and nothing shows. Infor support said a recent Microsoft windows update broke something. They identified it. I had the specific windows update patch removed. still won't work. We are quickly approaching Inventory and it will be a major pain to not have it work. Any ideas? I tried removing and re-installing the Syteline client. No joy. I am thinking of uninstalling and re-installing Adobe Acrobat Reader.
