Operations on a Phantom Sub-Assembly

Hi,

On a phantom item, the materials are "exploded" or "blown-through" to the top level Production BOM when the Job is released/Copy Routing BOM is performed. However any Operations on the phantom item are not appearing on the Production BOM.

Has anyone found or knows a way to also explode the Operations into the Production BOM?

Hello,

we do it like this.

Before you release the Manufacturing BOM ( because we are Multisite) where you have inserted the phnaotm item, we have to create two routing for the phantom item. One routing if the phantom item is produced for selling example a Set-Number and another routing when it is used in a BOM and thereofre "exploded" to the higher top level.

This second routing must be set up in the session "phantom routing relationship" tirou4102m000 before you release the BOM of the parent.

With this the connected routing will be used in a Production order.

We have the Cloud Installation and used it before onPremise.
