As part of the Magnet Recognition® designation process, peer-to-peer assessments are required. We are seeking information from healthcare organizations that have successfully implemented peer-to-peer assessments within Infor.
Specifically, we are interested in understanding how this has been configured and executed, including adherence to key criteria such as:
RN-to-RN peer selection
Peers selected within the same discipline at the time a resource chooses their peers
Other criteria
If your organization has experience conducting peer-to-peer assessments within Infor and is willing to share insights, lessons learned, or best practices, we would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
