Where do you store offer justification comments?

We implemented Talent Acquisition mid-2024. During that time we used the action comment on the define offer form to provide justification and notes for approvers to review. However, we have found (and Infor confirmed) that the comment on the action requests are only available during the action itself, until final approval, and comments are not available once the action has been completed.

So, Where are other Talent users storing comments/notes outside of the action request form if keeping that information is important?

There is a "Rejected Reason" field on the JobRequisitionInformation" form that is conditionally visible. That could be repurposed and used for all comments. Alternately, I would create a rich text user field and just use that.
