<error>Unauthorized</error> when clicking copied documentation link in MS Word Doc for business cls

Hi,

I am providing a 3rd party developer the following links (endpoints) in order to call from their application.

RequisitionImport: https://mingle-ionapi.inforcloudsuite.com/GILLETTECHILDREN_TRN/FSM/fsm/soap/ionapi-doc/?swaggerEndpoint=..%2F..%2Fconsolidated%2Frq%2FRequisitionImport

RequisitionImportLine:

https://mingle-ionapi.inforcloudsuite.com/GILLETTECHILDREN_TRN/FSM/fsm/soap/ionapi-doc/?swaggerEndpoint=..%2F..%2Fconsolidated%2Frq%2FRequisitionImportLine

When I click on the links to confirm access, I get this error message:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.<result><error>Unauthorized</error></result>

How do I share this API information so this 3rd party vendor can see it? How do I authorize their access to see the information in these links?

I have created them as an authorized app and downloaded credentials, but that is for the token access piece,

Note that unauthorized is the error. You can also see this in API Gateway Monitoring search.
What is the client doing with the API credentials to make the call?
Are they requesting a bearer token?
On the credentials are you using a service account or user account, and is that account authorized to the Scope of the API you are calling?
Can you test in postman with the account?
