We're using service M3_IDM_CSV to create Excel files (using IDM Excel templates). However, I haven't figured out what is controlling the date output format.
No matter what I change on my user settings, I'm always getting MM/DD/YYYY. That format works for me, but we have European colleagues who need a different format — is changing the date format in a CSV/Excel file an option?
