If your organization runs Infor LN ERP, this update has important implications for your EDI landscape.
In October 2025, Infor confirmed that its embedded EDI module, commonly known as BEMIS (ECEDI Module) will move to sustaining maintenance in the second half of 2027.
What does this mean in practice? The module will continue to be supported for existing users, but there will be no further enhancements or new features. For a function as dynamic as EDI, where trading partner requirements, compliance standards, and message formats continue to evolve, a static solution introduces operational risk over time.
