In users’ inboxes, they are receiving multiple requests related to purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and transactions. This results in a large number of individual notifications, making it difficult for users to manage and track their tasks efficiently.
Is there any way to group or display these requests in a combined or clustered format? For example:
- All purchase order–related tasks can be shown under a single Purchase Orders cluster/folder.
- All transaction-related tasks can be shown under a Transactions cluster/folder.
This would allow users to open the relevant cluster/folder and go through all related tasks in one place, improving usability and reducing inbox clutter.
