Can you grant access to HR Talent Analytics with security without granting access to HR Talent?

We have users at a client that require access to see HR Talent Analytics dashboards but do not have access to HR Talent.

What IFS roles do they need in order to see data in HR Talent Analytics that is secured by the Employee Key security filter in HR-Model?
