Hi everyone,
We are running Infor VISUAL version 10.0.0 and we have an issue with batch printing.
When our user selects multiple PDF documents using the checkboxes and sends them to print all at once, the documents do not print in the expected order — they come out in a random or inconsistent sequence.
Her expectation is that the documents print in the same order they were selected, or at minimum in a predictable order (e.g., by document number or date).
Questions:
- Is there a known setting or option in VISUAL 10 to control the print order when batch printing?
- Does the order in which checkboxes are checked affect the print sequence?
- Is there a sort column or filter in the selection window that affects the output order?
- Are there any known workarounds for this behavior?
