Description Summary
During Open Enrollment, when benefit plans require attention, employees will see a warning icon in the left navigation menu, alerting them that action is required. After the employee takes appropriate action, the warning icon does not clear. The warning disappears from the "Review and Submit" screen, but the red exclamation icon remains in the left navigation menu.Business ImpactAfter taking appropriate action to satisfy the need of the warning, employees become confused if the icon doesn't clear, thinking they missed something or they still need to do more. It would be great if the navigation icons could dynamically refresh the same as the "Review and Submit" warnings section.
Workaround
The system still allows for the employee to successfully submit their elections and close the event, but our IT and Benefits teams receive calls from confused employees, to which we tell them to just ignore the warning icon and submit anyways.
