There’s risk with missing to type in the invoice number because it’s on a different tab than the PO’s. Combining the General tab and PO Selection tab will save time for accounts payable and reduce the risk of missing to enter the invoice number. Also the PO grid is so large, but Syteline limits the viewing area to less than half the screen. Making these changes will only save seconds to minutes depending on the size of the invoice, but when it’s hundreds of transactions per day this will cut down on OT paid to the AP team.
