INFOR WEBTOP V.4.8 issue on install

Hi,

Installed INFOR WEBTOP V.4.8 succesfully on an IBM iSeries (formerly AS/400), but i'm received this mesage in execution on Chrome:

"uncaught ReferenceError:getTheme is not defined", and closed the session.

Any idea for resolution ?

Hi,
I'm not sure which component that is. Which CloudSuite or product is it for? There are some standard things to try/check.

Browser cache issue, try:
Hard refresh: Ctrl + Shift + R

• Or clear site cache

• Or test in Incognito

• Open DevTools → Network tab
  
  Is there anything interesting in the Console or Network tab on the Browser tools?
  Have you searched for a KB?

• This error means that code is calling getTheme, but there is no method available with that name, then it crashes without handling it grazefully.
