Environment: Factory Track Cloud MT Version 2026.04.04.6 (latest)
I've designed a custom form and it's available in the Factory Track app. The problem is, if I make changes to the form, the Factory Track app still loads an old version.
What I've tried:
- Refresh Farm Metadata
- Clear Factory Track App Cache (from Android app management)
- Force Stop / Log off and back onto the Factory Track App.
I believe the only way I can force this is by selecting "Clear Storage" in Android which means reconfiguring the FT app from scratch. It shouldn't be this complicated. I have made sure I'm not running multiple versions of the form - they're all Site Default and there is no user version. Any suggestions?
