Hi everyone,
I’m trying to better understand how email sending works in CSI / SyteLine Cloud.
I would like to know:
- How CSI determines the sender address ("From")
- Which components are involved (Event System, background tasks, user email, tenant configuration, etc.)
- How email domains are validated in Cloud environments
- Best practices for configuring custom sender addresses
If anyone has experience with this or can point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it.
