Summary:
When a Position Update is submitted it changes all employees that were in the position. No matter the Relationship Status being Active, Term Pending, or Term Final ,the history gets updated if the position does. This throws off the historical records.
Workaround:
None.
Business Impact:
It would be extremely helpful that Position Updates would only go toward Active employees in the position, so the employee history/ profile reads correct. This currently throws off the history of all employees formerly in that position.
