Hello,
I am currently working in a demo/training Infor M3 H5 environment, not in a production environment.
I keep receiving a recurring error message related to the following H5 script: M3_H5_IDM_DocumentIndicator
The error message says: H5-Script: M3_H5_IDM_DocumentIndicator Unexpected Error Occurred. Please see browser's console for more information.
The error appears repeatedly when I open new M3 windows, programs, or workspaces. It looks like the script is triggered in multiple places and then fails.
I can see the script under: Tools → Personalize → Scripts
There are two created scripts visible: M3_H5_FilterItemsWithHierarchy and M3_H5_IDM_DocumentIndicator
My questions are:
What exactly does M3_H5_IDM_DocumentIndicator do?
Could this error be caused by missing IDM permissions, incorrect script configuration, or a personalization issue in the demo environment?
Is it safe to remove or disable this script from my user personalization?
Could removing it affect any standard M3 functionality, or would it only remove the document indicator connected to IDM?
Should this be solved by a local M3/Infor OS administrator, even though this is only a demo/training environment?
The error is becoming quite disruptive because it appears repeatedly when opening different areas of M3.
Thank you for any advice.
