Im getting "failed: Failed to create a usertask in the tasklist application" this error when i submit any BOD for approvals or sometimes middle of the flow like 6 levels of approval flow , at 3rd level after apprved it will not move to next level and returns to LN with created status and in ION that error.
Is this server issue or database issue or what. Im not getting anywhere to it. is there any solution for this if so help will be grate and if also its possible to rerun the same flow from the exadct same point where it was stopped.
