Is it possible to enable division security in IDM?

Hello,

I have a requirement where I would like to grant a group of users access so they can only see a specific document type for the division they belong to. Is this possible in IDM?

Example: A user has access only to M3 Division "205". They should only see picklist documents that belong to Division 205 and should not be able to see any other documents in IDM, including picklist documents that belong to other divisions.

If access to the division is controlled by security roles (i.e. not by user inside M3 only), and if the division is an attribute of the document type, you can use ACL Rules to control access.

Create an ACL for each division and then an ACL rule that sets the ACL to the correct one for the division attribute of the document.
