I was attempting to modify the standard email template and enable the functionality that creates an active hyperlink within the email, allowing users to take action directly on notifications and tasks.
However, after making changes to the email template, I am no longer receiving any emails from ION, including task, notification, and monitor emails.
Could you please advise if I may have made an error in the template configuration or if there is anything specific I should verify? I would appreciate your guidance in identifying the issue.
