Need help for configuring InvokeIONAPIMethod2 in Infor Factory Track

Hi,

I am trying to make a simple ION API call via form script in Infor Factory Track which is checking an IDO from Syteline/CSI and returning a value.

At the moment I am stuck at the InvokeIONAPIMethod2. It keeps throwing the error "Could not get bearer token.", even though I added all required parameters.

I am new to this, and I am just trying to make it work with some hardcoded values and try to get something at least.

Any ideas how I can get this running please?

hello,

Please setup /import the ionapi in ion api servers, method, suites.. I think this is the one that causing the error.

after setup, test it using Test ION API Form, when you get a successful test.. you can then try your script.

I noticed that even when I try to import a suite/method I still get "Could not get bearer token". I have the feeling that I have missed some configurations along the way

Hi,

I think I am nearly there. However, when testing in the TEST ION API Invoke form in Factory Track, the request returns status 200 but is asking for the mongoos configuration header:

Any ideas please?
