MSCM Productivity Report

Hi

We have not implemented MSCM-LPL yet and we are using the Cloudsuite MSCM with Birst Productivity reporting. Legacy's SC leaders are interested in tracking the time that the MSOs are spending at the PARs for delivery. MSCM stores the start time, but not the end time. Has anyone else been able to use the system in a way to track time spent at PARS to reduce time waste?

Hi Kristi! Are you hoping to track the time it takes from starting the route to completing the delivery to the Par Location, or the time it takes to put away (i.e., stock) the supplies within the Par Location once they've been delivered? If the latter, I don't believe this is something we support yet. But I have had a similar conversation with a couple other customers recently (one of them called it a "wheels in / wheels out" metric) and think it would be a great enhancement opportunity. I don't yet see an enhancement request from those other customers, so feel free to submit one and we can promote it here :-)

Curious about a few things:

• Do you have the same person putting away the supplies in the Par Loc as the person delivering them? Do they do this consecutively, or is there a gap of time between drop-off and eventual putaway/stocking activity?
• What would be a good "trigger" for your teams to confirm they have started and completed the putaway/stocking activity? One example I spoke about with the other customers was something as simple as scanning either the delivery document and/or a location barcode posted to the wall of the Par Loc.
• Would our SC team also be looking for some related capabilities to manage the assignment of Par Locations to staff, and then which days those locs should be counted, stocked, etc. (e.g., with ability to compare assignments to when they actually were counted and stocked)? Right now, this does not quite exist in FSM or MSCM.
