Our TA team is wanting to capture any counter offers when dispositioning candidates in the job requisition. Their current idea is to include a counter offer field on the MoveToStep form. I've attempted to create this field, but it isn't editable when added to the form. Does anybody know how to correct this?
Also interested in how others are currently capturing counter offers for reporting.
