New to Birst

Question

Just recently went live with Syteline and now installing Birst. Found many different courses on Infor U but looking for someone that would be willing to share the day to day insights that will be helpful starting from the ground up on an administrator level with Birst.

Hi @Tracey Winter, to begin with, do you have CSI Analytics provisioned for your tenants, which is a good starting point.

If you don't have it provisioned, please raise a service now ticket with product as SL-Technical and Assignment Group as "CSI Birst Provisioning" mentioning the tenants where you want them to be provisioned
