Has anyone integrated Job Documents from Syteline into Factory Track? I see parts of Entity and Doc Types but there is no documentation for showing Docs in IDM into Factory Track.
Any help would be fine.

Yes, that feature (RS9101) is available in combination with the new shopfloor ( Dispatch list based).

I found this pdf thru a KB and did all that it said, bit some things won't show up as shown in the Doc. and so it does not work. I have submitted 2 tickets and hope they'll set up a meeting to help with this. Will get back once the issue is resolved. Or if you can do a teams meet, we can look at it. Thanks and regards,

I'm glad you have this resolved. To answer your question further, this can be done even in "old" (Warehouse Mobility / SF Workcenter UI) document viewer with a couple of tweaks. For example, we pull in additional related documents like customer order specific documents, machine run documents, and specifications. If you need info on how to integrate further just reach out.
