Meet this year's panel of leaders, innovators, and technologists who will crown the winners of the 2026 Infor Community Hackathon.
Representing diverse backgrounds across product management, product strategy, customer success, development, and solution consulting, our judges have decades of experience, a shared passion for innovation, and concrete knowledge of what drives business value. Once competing teams submit their final projects, our judges will evaluate them not just for their technical excellence, but for their potential to solve real-world challenges.
Rick Rider
Rick is Infor's SVP of Product Management. With over 12 years of focus on the commercial and product areas of Infor’s cloud technology, Rick leads strategy and growth for multiple aspects of Infor’s ERPs and applications, including integration, automation, application frameworks, and business intelligence. Rick holds a BBA and MBA, with a focus in strategic management.
Mari Cross
As the EVP and Chief Customer Officer at Infor, Mari leads strategy and operations as well as the Customer Success & Experience organization. She has extensive experience delivering meaningful customer outcomes in the enterprise software industry and has held key customer-facing leadership roles at Adobe and Confluent, where she led support and global customer success. Mari holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University along with an MBA from Stanford University and lives in Piedmont, California, with her husband and two teenage boys.
Amul Merchant
Amul leads Infor’s global cross-industry application software development teams. Since joining Infor in 1997, he has led a variety of development teams within the organization and spearheaded the development of multiple Infor solutions, including Clinical Science, Process Mining, and GenAI-based chatbot capabilities. Amul holds a master's degree from Clemson University and lives in Greenville, South Carolina, with his wife and two daughters.
Lia McClure
Lia is the SVP of Solution Consulting and Value Engineering at Infor. Prior to Infor, her career included integrated business planning, energy management, sustainability, and enterprise asset management. Today, Lia leads a team responsible for showcasing Infor's Industry Cloud Complete services, empowering customers to create competitive advantages in their marketplaces with cutting-edge industry solutions.
Bradley Stillwell
Bradley Stillwell is Vice President of Product Management at Infor, leading product strategy for Velocity Suite. He is responsible for shaping Infor's AI-first ideation to product direction, advancing customer adoption automation, and defining the strategic path forward in an increasingly agentic enterprise market. Bradley has spent over 20 years in the analytics, big data, and machine learning space — previously leading go-to-market strategy for AI and machine learning at a leading data science provider, and designing value-based healthcare analytics solutions built on cloud technology. At Infor, he is focused on making Velocity Suite the industry's most-loved AI platform for enterprise transformation.
Manjunath Ganimasty
Manjunath is EVP of Software Development at Infor, where he leads development of the company’s core technology platform and application portfolio, spanning from Cloud Automation to AI and Generative AI platforms, Enterprise Performance Management, and more. In addition to platform leadership, he oversees the development of Infor CloudSuite Industrial and CloudSuite Distribution. Manjunath has been part of Infor’s R&D organization for over 20 years and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Vignesh Subramanian
Vignesh brings over 26 years of experience in building software technology platforms. Since joining Infor in 2001, he has held a variety of roles in R&D. Today, as SVP of Product Management, he manages Infor’s Technology and Innovation products, spanning from AI and machine-learning capabilities to iPaaS, and more, specializing in AI, automation, and data.
David Heffler
David is a VP of Experience for the Infor OS Platform. With more than 25 years of experience in application development, he has worked with clients from a variety of industries. During his time at Infor, his responsibilities have spanned across a variety of Infor solutions and capabilities, including OS Portal, User Analytics, Mongoose, and more. David holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Canisius College.
Fraser Macleod
Fraser is VP of Software Development for Infor's data-related products, including Data Fabric, Data Migration Services, and Process Intelligence. He has a background as a developer on Infor ION and its ERPs and has a passion for driving innovations in the business application software space.
Amar Dhadli
Amar is a solution consulting professional with over 28 years of experience. In his role, he manages an international team of cloud architecture solution consultants focused on growing adoption of Infor’s technology platform and multi-tenant SaaS cloud. Amar is based in the UK and is passionate about driving customer success with Infor solutions.
Phil Lewis
Phil is SVP of Solution Consulting and leads a team of solution architects, solution consultants, and technical consultants from across Infor’s international regions, focused on creating customer value by architecting world-class cloud services from Infor’s portfolio. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business information technology from Bournemouth University and joined Infor in 2003.
Suresh Jayaraman
Suresh is SVP of Product Management and Development at Infor, where he is the head of application product management, Process Intelligence, and industry content delivered as part of CloudSuites. He brings over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution, both as a consultant and as a customer. Suresh holds an MBA and a master’s degree in computer science.
Lora Hawk-Tillman
Lora is the Global Ecosystem Business Development Lead at Infor, responsible for the global AWS relationship as well as Infor’s partner strategy for distribution and scale. With over 23 years of experience, she brings expertise across AI, cloud, productivity, and infrastructure, and has earned consistent industry recognition for her leadership, including the CRN Women of the Channel award and multiple top-performer awards. Lora is based in Asheville, North Carolina, and spends her time outside of work mentoring women in technology and supporting nonprofits focused on food scarcity and equality.
