In Landmark what does the abbreviation TAM stand for? I asked at the last conference but didn't find anyone that was sure they knew what it meant.
Conceptually - It's essentially a multi-product bundle of applications that run on the Landmark Technology framework and is deployed as a single multi-tenant cloud solution. Ultimately, it's a proxy for a specific combination of Financials & Supply Management, HR Talent, and Landmark Technology versions.
Literally - A bit of history first, in AWS an acronym is required for accounts. Since the first Landmark based multi-product was HR Talent (formerly branded/marketed under other names) around 2016, at least pre-release, TAM was selected as the acronym. At the time that stood for Talent Acquisition Management.
Comically - Like a bad high-school nickname word got around and the name stuck.
Walk-away with TAM == Financials & Supply Management and HR Talent application suites.
