We cannot get Social Security Numbers for non-employed credentialed physicians. This has stopped us from adding them to GHR. Without an SSN, we risk creating duplicate resources in GHR. Our goal is to have zero duplicates (not sure if that is unreasonable).
Our organization needs to track learning records and health and safety compliance for everyone.
How do you handle this in your environment? What process do you use to add non-employed physicians when you do not have their SSN?
