Report Output Files | Any Way for an Admin to View or Change Permissions?

According to KB3698706 the report output files form is permanently filtered for the current user and even if the filter is removed, there is "file-level security enforcing per-user isolation."

That being said, has anyone found a method for an admin to modify the permissions or view these files? We have a couple of situations where admins need to see the output 1) a user leaves the company and the output is needed for an investigation, 2) admins assisting users with support requests may need to view the files.

I'd even be okay with needing to modify permissions through an API call or other means if necessary.

You can create a group that allows you to access the reports logical folder and then you can see the reports in File Maintenance - be aware though that filter in place does not work on this, but you can use the old fashioned CTRL-F to search.

Not the most ideal way to get back the functionality that used to be available, but workable.
