Monitoring - How to find the complete request payload ?

Hi,
I created a new API suite in ION API Gateway;
I tested a few API calls from this suite.
But since I’m running into some issues, I’d like to be able to actually see what’s being sent to the API.
Specifically, to verify whether policies have been applied, for example, and to check exactly what’s being transmitted in the request as it leaves ION.
I haven’t been able to find what I’m looking for in the monitoring tools.
Is this because there are options I need to enable, and/or am I looking in the wrong place?

Hey Denis - You cannot see the request/response from the API gateway, at the moment. I believe this because it is a security risk as sensitive data can come in or out of requests/responses. I have only been able to see that the policy was successful or not. Do you have any abilities in the destination to add/see logs? I have been able to use debug on the destination to get the full details, but it will obviously depend on the capabilities and access to the destination.

For example, you can use one of these fields, which are introduced as part of the W3W standard:

trace-idThe ID of the whole trace forest. The ID is used to uniquely identify a distributed trace through a system. It is represented as a 16-byte array, for example, 4bf92f3577b34da6a3ce929d0e0e4736. All bytes as zero (00000000000000000000000000000000) is considered an invalid value.parent-idThe ID of the request as known by the caller. The ID is represented as an 8-byte array, for example, 00f067aa0ba902b7. All bytes as zero (0000000000000000) is considered an invalid value.

If you run into issues and you use context trace headers in your Ingestion API requests, then provide the trace information in your support incident.

I can't find the tracing options as described in the document. I have the Admin role for ION API , but there is only the transaction search in the cloud!
