(I wanted to open a ticket for this, but can no longer understand if/how I can create a ticket.)
On my test environment, I appear to have a functional IDM Document Workflow for Purchase Orders. After I run Purchase Order Report and generate any given PO, I can then see the report visible to me in the IDM widget called [Related Information V2], and I also see a new entry in the Syteline Form: [IDM Document Workflow Logs].
I have tried to replicate this using [Job Orders] - I have added what appear to be five valid tasks for Job Orders, and activated them. My observations so far are as follows:
1) The IDM Document Workflow Logs do not record anything involving Jobs, but the task numbers do appear to skip many of the sequence numbers.
2) Event Status appears to return nothing current under [IDM Setup Process], [IDM INtegration PRocess] or [Task Post Perform]
3) The report appears to generate in a new window, but is not visible in widget [Related Information V2]
