Drillback from an exteral system like Power BI to ie. a special production order

We use Power BI, among other things, as an external system to analyze data from the data lake. Now we would like to perform a drill-back to LN. For example, a specific production order has been identified in Power BI, and we would like to jump directly into LN to the session tisfc0101m100 for the selected production order. What should the URL look like in this case? Are there any experiences, tips, and tricks for drill-backs from Power BI? Thank you very much.

To perform a drill-back from Power BI directly into a specific LN session (like tisfc0101m100) for a specific production order, you can use dynamic URLs. The exact URL structure depends on whether you are using the standalone LN UI or Infor OS (Ming.le), but here are the two most common approaches:

1. Using the Direct LN UI Bookmark (Most Common)The easiest way to get the exact syntax for your environment is to let LN generate the base URL for you:

* Open the session (tisfc0101m100) in LN.
* Filter for a specific Production Order.
* Click the Bookmark or Share/Copy Link icon in the LN UI toolbar.

This will generate a URL that includes the session and the index parameters for that specific order. It will look something like this:https://[your-server]/infor.ln.ui/default/index.html?bookmark=session=tisfc0101m100|...

Once you have this base URL, you can go into Power BI and create a Custom Column (using DAX or Power Query) that concatenates the static part of that URL with your dynamic Production Order field.
