GenAI Assistant for Documentation Central, and improvements to Smart Help
With the 2026.10 release, Documentation Central introduces the GenAI Assistant. Smart Help introduces enhancements to functions, visual elements, messaging, and menus.
GenAI Assistant
The GenAI Assistant in Documentation Central provides a new way to interact with product documentation after signing in to Infor Concierge. Using natural language questions, users can ask documentation-related questions conversationally and receive answers based on supported documentation sources.
Benefits of using the GenAI Assistant include:

- Natural language question-and-answer experience
- Reduced time spent navigating to find answers
- Direct access to relevant documentation content
Smart Help
With the changes included in Smart Help, you will be able to:
- Pin your important documents to the top of the My Content channel
- Simultaneously upload your documents to multiple screens in the My Content channel
- Control who can add, edit, and delete content in the My Content and My Links channels
