Can we trigger an RPA process upon arrival of an email? I don't need to poll the email box periodically.

No you can't, at least not with RPA tools. You can only start a Job manually, on a schedule (e.g. polling the mailbox every few minutes) or via an API call.
If there is a way to call an API when an Email arrives, you could start the Job that way.
