Getting an Error BOD while activating a Workflow on PO(Customized)

First of all nice to be part of ION Community.. Greetings to all..Hope this community grows and swells..

And now for my problem which i am facing right now..I am getting an Error BOD over a PO workflow

Below is the Error Details

Event Type: 
Confirm BOD Generated 

Event Description: 
Confirm BOD created due to the following error: "Invalid Process Workflow BOD; Missing required variable 'ID'".

Hi Ajesh,

Can you give us a bit more detail about your issue? How is the Process.Workflow BOD being created and sent? Can you paste in the XML from the BOD here so we can see it?

The DocumentID/ID field should not be required if the actionCode is "Add" and the Status/Code field is "Initial".

OK, that is helpful. Because the message is "<Reason>Missing required variable 'ID'</Reason>" and the rest of your BOD looks correct, then I would guess your Workflow model has a required input parameter called "ID" that you are not sending. Is that correct? The "ID" might be the PO Number, since I don't see that included anywhere else and it would be a common value to include....just a guess.

Hi Keith

Yes that is the PO Number.. The problem is the Values of the PO Number is not coming as an input to the Workflow..

If it comes then problem solved..

But i am not sure why it is not coming..

Use "ION Test App" to Test the Process.
