Monitoring tools for Integrations.

Does anyone uses any monitoring tool or infor LN has any monitoring tool that will show the health and status of integrations real time and will help us drill down to the error/issue in detail..

Any suggestions, input or discussion is most welcomed.

Thanks for your response, we have so many integrations/interfaces which are outside ION Desk, I was looking for something where I do not have to jump between 2 monitoring tools, any help or recommendation is highly appreciated .

1. Currently the homepage of ION Desk (the landing page when you click "ION Desk" from the app switcher in Xi platform) is remodeled into a "status overview" page which provides the information you are looking for.

2. There have been several homepage widgets added to monitor statistics - Such as ION insights/ ION by connection / ION by documents/ ION workflows etc., These take the monitoring capabilites of iON to next level.

3. In the future roadmap we could consider extracting monitoring data on demand from Oneview (through IONAPI). At this point you would be able to use an external tool to display ION's health as well.
