Hi,
I am working with LN 10.5 and ION 12.0.16. (Xi) and have been having issues with the ION Ming.le Alert Drill backs; they consistently result in an error. The error that I receive states that the logical ID of drill back has no company associated with it. This is a pretty typical issue, however, the lid that is listed is the lid of the LN Application (can be viewed in Admin Settings of Xi), and not the lid of the company that the BOD was generated from.
This issue seemed to have started when we switched the company to a new package VRC. I have checked the subscriptions for all the BODs in the company (tlesb300) and they display the expected lid and not the lid of the LN Application.
Has anyone seen this issue before?
