OK, Seems like a bug. Should be addressed in 12.0.25!

Is it possible that you have two actions defined in the 'Documents' tab - both of type "Send to API" and the input document is also of same type? In such case, the property 'API Call name' on the IONAPI tab must be unique. Can you please check this?
