I can't install Infor OS on windows server 2012 R2(data center)

Dear my friends

I am trying install Infor OS 12.0.3 on window server 2012 (datacenter) but I can't completed.

I have installed:

+ IIS 8.5

+ SQL server 2016 standard,

+MVC 4.0

+ java 8u144, 

+ ADDS, ADCS, ADFS

at end of the installation, when I installs Infor OS, I dont know to must to input what alias is, so i enter by my server name (home.inforos.vn), I recognized some databases was had created but I received a error "Grid Install fails". I don't know why. Could you help me completed this installation, please

Install issues could be caused by any number of issues - I think your best bet is to go ahead and submit a ticket to Infor Xtreme support @ https://InforXtreme.com
