Notifications not displaying in Ming.le. But it can be seeing in User Profile.

Can you clarify what is occurring. is it ...

A social post or ION Pulse (Task/Alert/Notification) being sent to a user?

and the top right User icon is yellow, the user menu shows one of these?

and then when opened it shows nothing in Ming.le collaboration / Chat?

what version and what environment?

Have you opened an Support ticket in Infor Xtreme?
