Infor XA Item Sync

Hi All,

Good Morning.

I have been trying to Synchronize Item Master from Shared Folder to XA.

We have an XSLT, which is being used to transform incoming file to convert into BOD as per XA incoming BOD format for Sync Item Master.

Also we are able to create an Enterprise Item, but while creating Item Revision its Failing and we are getting below error in Confirm BOD.

<![CDATA[(E) Site does not exist in the site master file]]>

Can you please guide me.

Hello Ajit,

It seems ION has done its job of delivering the BOD to XA and XA doesn't like the content of the BOD. So this is essentially a data problem. Please ensure that:

The data setup and configurations for ION integration on the XA side are complete.
Get a sample of Sync.ItemMaster BOD as expected by XA and compare it with your XSLT output.

If that doesn't help, please reach out to the XA functional expert to find out whats wrong with the data in the BOD.

Thanks Sir,

We were able to sort the issue for site master.

We are successful in creating Enterprise Item and Item Revision.

However now we are facing below issue while creating ItemWarehouse.

I tried to look on Infor Extreme but couldn't find any reference.
