Unable to get response from the ION API.

HI Team,

We are unable to get response from ION API test from ION API Connection Point. However we are able to see response from Swagger Test.

Following are the screenshots.

We are also able to see response from Postman using the ION Proxy url.

Ravikiran - Are you using an Authorization string in the Request, as a parameter? If yes, are you using the same one that was used in Postman? The error suggests a problem with the authorization token. I would isolate your troubleshooting to that area. If you get some more screenshots, I would be more than happy to be a second set of eyes for you.

HI,

We too assumed the problem is with authorization token, but when we tried to hit the Mingle Proxy from Postman we are able to see the response without any authorization. Screenshots below.

The swagger test pages auto generate a bearer token and assign it in the header. This very much seems as though your test API request is not including a valid token. (I'm not sure how Postman would be working without acquiring a valid token first)

Did you try 'Refresh metadata for API Suite'?

You have an invalid API token, I would suggest producting a new authorization token and using that.

Postman would produce an http error with an invalid token.
