Service Account not Loading

I having an issue loading my service account into for an ION API within an ION workflow.

When I select the CSV file load screen just spins...can anyone help.

I would recommend to open the developer tools to watch the network tab, this could help tell you where the problem is. Have you reviewed Log Files in the Grid Management? Are you trying to upload a file from a share, if so have you tried copying locally? Can you upload the file to a brand new Workflow, not an existing one?

Hi Brandon. I was able to load the service using Firefox without any problem. I had my issue using Chrome, the browser in which I typically do all my ION work. The issue is no longer holding up my work but I would still like to get it resolved. Any thoughts?

We found some problem with the latest version of chrome. this issue is resolved in 12.0.33 version. So please check the chrome version and use IE or firefox.
