Confirmation BOD/ MessageContent: original BOD is not visible in ION One View properly

Hi there,

we are going to integrate a MS Dynamics CRM system. Receiving and processing BODs are fine, but we have an issue with sending confirmation BODs that are created by using SQL and SSIS. The original BOD is somehow "shredded" in the confirmation BOD sent to ION, even the rest of the BOD is absolutely fine:

But the XML we create contains the original BOD completely:

Has anybody an idea what the reason for this issue could be and how to solve it?

Hi Marc, did you ever make any head way with this?

I submitted an incident today to Infor Support team as we are experiencing a similar issue, however, it's not with SQL. It's with DB2 stored procedures. We've found some information online and from other contacts that seem to point to additional code being required to 'clean' the extra character formatting we're seeing. It's still WIP for us. Thought I'd mention it though as it sounds like the Infor OS ION Team has fielded similar questions to yours.

I'd be interested in hearing what, if anything, you find out.

From the screen shot above it looks like the original message is put as is in the Messagecontent element. While the process is to base64 encode the original message and then put that value in the message content. Attaching a sample for reference.

Hi Stephanie,

unfortunatelly, this issue has not been solved yet. But "good" to know that somebody stumbled into the same issue. Due to other priorities I will work on that issue in August again. So maybe I will figure it out and let you know.
