New IDO is not visible in forms.

Hello,

For some reason, new IDOs that I create, are not showing up in Syteline forms. The new IDO's appear in the list of IDO's, and are checked in. However, I am unable to add them to the forms. I've refreshed the IDO cache, and restarted the IDO runtime. I also restarted the database. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

was there any error message when you tried to add it to the form?

Check to see if it is your version or site default.

Did you try clearing the ido cache stored on the server? You can do this in the configuration manager.

This happened several times to our team. If you are having access to Mongoose utility server, try stop / starting all the Infor Mongoose related services. Immediately you can find your IDO in forms. Or you wait for sometime, I don't know stipulated time window, suddenly it'll come.

Several times, clearing IDO cache didn't help us. And also with cloud environment, we don't have access to utility server, unloading global objects - Ctrl+U also didn't help us. We need to wait until we can find IDO.

Did you use the "Unload Farm IDO Metadata" Utility?

I had something similar happen with UET's. Try running the "View Management" form for the table that the IDO references. I did that, and the missing fields I added showed up.
