The DB Fetching for the Farm DB Selection failed.

Anyone seen this error before? We're getting it after enter database connection in running the installer for Infor OS 12.0.30.

"The DB Fetching for the Farm DB Selection failed. Aborting the installation. Refer log files for more information"

The connection succeeds but then throws this error. The installer will continue to the next screen for ADFS but essentially crashes after that with no logging.

This is on all new infrastructure, Windows Server 2016 Datacenter VM, fresh SQL server. Testing the database connection from the same VM shows no issues.

Any help is appreciated.

Figured this out. The Windows administrator user can not contain a space in the user name, or the build breaks due to the file paths not being encapsulated/escaped.
