Why does my user name keep resetting to an ID number? Am I truly just a number to Infor?

I have changed my user name under Profile several times, and every time it goes back to the numeric ID I was assigned when I registered for the site...

You are not the only one! It is is supposed to be tied to the InforXtreme profile. I have to manually change mine before I want to post and it will revert back shortly after.

The Support staff is saying this is now fixed! Please follow these steps to resolve.

1.. Login to the https://www.inforxtreme.com.

2. Open the Profile page by clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner.

3. Set your display name by scrolling to the bottom of the page, entering it in the “Display Name” field, then clicking Save.

4. Then click Community>Infor from the top menu bar.

Your new display name should start being used in the community. Let us know if that works for you!
