The process by which the UET fields are added to Userarea extensions in a bod is specific to each backend application. Within the BOD there are two ways in which you can add, one is USerAreaProperty (defining as name-value pairs). Second one is custom xml, with the metadata. More details on the bod can be found in ION Connect admin guide. The process of filling the UserAreaExtensions when a BOD is generated from ERP is backend specific.
