Add External API to ION API Gateway for Single Tenant CloudSuite Customer?

Is it possible to add an external API connection to the ION API Gateway for Single Tenant CloudSuite Customers?

The overview in the link below appears to only describe a Multi-Tenant scenario . For example the overview describes using the App Switcher to navigate to the Gateway Administrator, but the App Switcher is not available for Single Tenant Customers (or so I've been told).

Are you running within the Infor OS Portal? Are you licensed for the latest Infor OS in Multi-tenant? If so, then you should have the app switcher.

If you do not have Infor OS, are not running within the Portal, or are running an older version of Infor OS in single tenant (eg. V11) then you will not have access to the API Gateway.

Thanks for the follow up Keith, but I'm not sure how to verify if we are running within OS Portal. Can you advise how to confirm this? If not, I'll just follow up with my CSM. Thanks!
